3. Eligibility

4. Consultation Process

During the online consultation with Karen Rosel LCPH, D.C., you will be asked to provide relevant health and personal information necessary to understand your condition. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information. The recommendations made during your consultation will be based on this information.

Please note that results from homeopathic treatments may vary from person to person, and Karen Rosel LCPH, D.C. cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

5. Payments and Booking Appointments

All consultations must be paid for in advance through the payment methods provided on myarnica.com. Fees for services will be clearly stated before the consultation is confirmed.

When booking your appointment be sure to select your proper timezone.

We do not offer refunds for completed consultations. If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments can be rescheduled via the online booking system link given in the confirmation email.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation, and missed appointments, will be charged the full cost of the consultation, as this appointment could have been given to someone else on my waiting list.

If there is an emergency that comes up, you must contact me by email as the booking system will not be able to cancel the appointment less than 48 hours prior to the appointment time.

6. Consultation Timing and Technical Issues

All consultations will begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late for your appointment, the session will still conclude at the originally agreed time, and you will be charged the full consultation fee regardless of the reduced time available.

For online consultations, you will receive the meeting details for Karen Rosel's personal room in your email confirmation. At the scheduled time, please use these details to enter the virtual Waiting Room, where you will be admitted to the consultation at the agreed start time.

In the event of technical difficulties, we will attempt to resolve the issue by switching to alternative communication platforms. If, despite all efforts, we are unable to connect due to technical issues, the consultation will be rescheduled. If the technical failure is on our end, you will not be charged. However, if the issue originates from your side, the full consultation fee will still apply.

7. Voluntary Participation and Good Faith Agreement

By engaging in a consultation with Karen Rosel LCPH, D.C. via myarnica.com, you acknowledge that you are seeking assistance of your own free will and initiative. You confirm that you are voluntarily choosing to make an appointment and that you have the full capacity to accept or decline the services offered, without any external pressure or obligation. Furthermore, you affirm that you are mentally competent and capable of entering into this agreement in good faith.

You also confirm that you are not acting on behalf of any organization, agency (whether private, governmental, or otherwise), or other entities for the purpose of gathering information without disclosure. This includes, but is not limited to, reporters or investigative personnel posing as clients for any purpose other than receiving a homeopathic wellness consultation.
